iDM AERO ALM

AERO ALM is iDM's modulating air-to-water heat pump for heating, cooling and domestic hot water in single-family homes. The series comes in five sizes from 2–8 kW to 10–24 kW.

The heat pump adjusts its output steplessly to the heat demand of the house and delivers flow temperatures of up to 70 °C, so it is also a great fit for renovations with radiators. It runs on a natural refrigerant (R290), and active cooling is built in as standard. The outdoor unit is made of aluminium, while the indoor unit is wall-mounted and measures 1,005 × 550 × 280 mm.

At A7/W35 the smallest model delivers a nominal 4.08 kW with a COP of 5.44, and the largest 16.65 kW with a COP of 5.68. At A2/W35 the COP is between 4.6 and 4.99. SCOP at 35 °C (average climate) is 5.12 to 5.69 depending on size. Sound power at nominal operation is 46 dB(A) on the smallest model.

It is controlled by iDM NAVIGATOR, which manages heating, cooling and domestic hot water and can be linked to solar panels and battery storage. The system can be cascaded.

Connection to the electrical and heating systems is carried out by an authorised electrician and plumber. We will find a certified installer in your region.
